Scout Camp

Our first Sunday in the Pasadena ward, we received a warm welcome, and Hunter was promptly recruited to be a leader on the week long scout camp to Catalina Island, Emerald Bay. It was somewhat of a sacrifice on my part, but I was happy to hear what a fun time they had kayaking, canoeing, cliff jumping, hiking, snorkling, etc. Here are a bunch of great pictures.

Just a short explanation. One of the nights, they boated out to this remote part of the island and camped out there. Also, the swimming area was kind of sectioned off from the rest of the ocean, however, there were still all kinds of fish, including small sharks, swimming around with the boys. (Aiyeeee!)
